Your privacy matters. This policy explains, with no fine print, what data we collect, what we use it for, who we work with to deliver what you asked for, and what rights you have over your information.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Cognitive Engineering Media LLC, which operates the Conscious Manifestation brand ("we"). You can contact us at any time at contacto@ingenieriadelamanifestacion.com.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data we need to provide the service:

  • Data you give us: your name and email when you buy a product or sign up to receive our emails.
  • Purchase data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we only receive the payment confirmation, your name, your email and the country of your card, so we can give you access and send your daily capsules at the right time.
  • Your access account: for the members area we use your email as your username, with a password we send you by email.
  • Basic technical data: like any website, our providers may log technical data (such as your IP address or browser type) for security and to keep the service running.

3. What we use your data for

  • Giving you access to the product you bought and to its members area.
  • Sending you the daily capsules included in your purchase, and other emails while you want to receive them.
  • Processing your purchase and meeting legal and tax obligations.
  • Answering your questions and giving you support.
  • Keeping the service secure.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on: performance of a contract (when you buy a product and we need to deliver it); your consent (when you sign up voluntarily); and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before.

5. Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data. We only share it with providers that help us deliver the service, who act as processors and only handle your data according to our instructions:

  • Stripe — processes payments.
  • Supabase — manages access accounts and stores the protected content.
  • Resend — sends your access email and your daily capsules.
  • Cloudflare — hosts this website.
  • Google Fonts — provides the site's typefaces (it may log your IP when loading them).
  • Telegram — if you choose to join the community, your participation is also governed by Telegram's privacy policy.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers are located in the United States or other countries. By using our service, you understand your data may be processed outside your country of residence, always under reasonable protection measures by those providers.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data while your access is active, or until you ask us to delete it. Data linked to a purchase may be kept for as long as applicable legal and tax obligations require.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing, to request its restriction or portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contacto@ingenieriadelamanifestacion.com and we'll reply within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is infallible, but we work to keep your information protected.

10. Minors

Our service is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in the law. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
